Ms. Robinson – Resident in closed area – spoke in regards to an illegal dumpsite within the suggested closed area – she’s in support of closing the section of roadway as long as dumpsite is cleaned up (doesn’t want that to be her responsibility) and then blocked to thru traffic by gate, fence, or barricade of some sort.
